On this page you can upload the challenges you are participating in to make it easier to track them.
To do this, first go to this URL:
http://nikeplus.nike.com/nikeplus/v1/services/app/get_all_challenges_for_user.jsp
If you see a message that says "failure session authentication failed" then you need to go
and log into the nike+ site. Once you have done that, come back and try again.
If you see a bunch of data, click "File->Save Page As" in your browser and choose
"Web Page, XML only" in Firefox. It might be slightly different in Internet Explorer or
other browsers, but you want to save the output from that URL in a file locally on your system.
Then come back here and click the "Browse" button below and find the file you just saved
and upload it.
